Greg Speaks
On April 12, Now Magazine presents Now Talks at The Drake Underground with Greg, Travis Good (of The Sadies), and actor Gordon Pinsent. The three have been working together on a music project based on Pinsent's poetry. Join host Michael Hollett as he talks with with the three creators, and hear Greg and Travis play some of the tunes and Gordon recites the poetry. Tickets are available now.
Updates on Greg’s Solo Dates
Greg’s March 6 date at Collingwood’s Historic Gayety Theatre has been rescheduled to Saturday, April 2. If you haven’t picked up your tickets yet to what’s sure to be a fantastic night of music, you can do so over here.
And don’t forget that Greg has his first solo date in some time this Saturday, March 5, at Peterborough’s The Venue. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.

Second New Date - Presale Starts Feb 14
A second date with Greg and Travis Good from The Sadies has been confirmed! On March 6, Greg and Travis will be performing at the Historic Gayety Theatre in Collingwood, ON. Presale tickets will be available here on February 14 with the code: Be Mine. Public sale tickets will go on sale Feb 15. 
New Date
On Saturday, March 5, Greg will be playing with Travis Good (from the Sadies) at The Venue in Peterborough, ON. Tickets can be purchased here. 
Blue Rodeo US Tour, Album Release & Walk of Fame
Following the release of The Things We Left Behind on November 10, Blue Rodeo will make a brief trip to the US for a series of 5 dates, including two special nights in New York City: one, an acoustic performance and the other fully electric.

Blue Rodeo Honoured by Canada’s Walk of Fame
Canada's Walk of Fame has just announced that one of this year's inductees is Blue Rodeo! Congratulations to Greg and the rest of the guys! Thank you to everyone who supported Blue Rodeo and cast a vote. Their names will be forever cemented into the sidewalks of Toronto’s entertainment district.

Juno Songwriter's Circle
On March 29 Greg will be participating in the Juno Songwriter's Circle at the Centre in Vancouver for Performing Arts. This is an unscripted event where songwriter's take the stage to share songs, stories, and the inspiration behind their lyrics. Fellow Blue Rodeo member Jim Cuddy will also be present, along with Sarah Slean, and Hawksley Workman.
All proceeds from the event support MusiCounts, a music education charity to keep music alive in schools.

Greg at the Gainey Family and Friends Concert
The second Gainey Family and Friends Concert will be held at Showplace Performance Centre in Peterborough,ON March 15.
Proceeds go to the Gainey Foundation, helping young people in educational, cultural and environmental pursuits.
Murray McLauchlan, Sarah Harmer, and The Sadies are a few of the other artists who will also be performing.

Greg to team with Cuff the Duke for CBC's The Fuse
Next Tuesday, April 22, at CBC Radio's Ottawa Broadcast Centre, Greg Keelor will join Cuff the Duke for a taping of the program Fuse. If you live in the Ottawa area, you can apply for tickets to this special performance here.

Jim and Greg Present at the Junos
Be sure to tune into the Juno Awards this Sunday, April 6 on CTV, to catch Jim and Greg presenting. Blue Rodeo is also up for three awards - Adult Alternative Album of the Year for Small Miracles, Group of the Year and Best Video for "C'mon."
The actual award show kicks off at 8 pm EDT with a red carpet special airing at 7pm. Who knows, maybe Jim and Greg will walk the red carpet together.
Greg to Play at the Juno Cup
This year's Juno Cup hockey game is getting a double dose of Blue Rodeo. In addition to Jim Cuddy, the Rockers team will now also feature Greg. He's just one of nine new players who will help the team's veterans attempt to crush their opposition the Greats, a team made up of past NHL players.
The fifth annual Juno Cup takes places on April 4 at Calgary's Stampede Corral. Tickets for the game are still available and all proceeds raised from the game go towards MusicCan, the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences music education program.

Greg at Night of the Living Ned
On Saturday, June 16, catch Greg and a ton of other talented musicians at Night of the Living Ned, a tribute to 50 years of Handsome Ned. Ned, who passed in 1987, is considered to be the grandfather of Toronto's honky tonk/rockabilly/cow-punk scene and his CKLN 88.1FM radio show was one of the first places Blue Rodeo received airplay.
This event is set to take place at the Horseshoe Tavern and in addition to the musical tribute will also feature a preview of the upcoming Handsome Ned bio-pic documentary film, a re-release of "the Name is Ned" CD and the sale of a limited-edition line of Ned t-shirts.

Greg on TV
Greg says good-bye to Celtic legend John Allan Cameron on January 2 in the TV documentary "Celtic Soul: The Life And Music Of John Allan Cameron." The shows airs at 9pm EST on Bravo and features clips of the late John Allan Cameron as well as interviews with a variety of musicians who consider John to be a major influence. Greg on CBC Television
Greg will be appearing on CBC Country Canada's "Creative Block" on Friday, December 29. The show will air at 11:30am EST and again at 6pm EST. This same episode of "Creative Block" will also air on CBC Newsworld on Sunday, January 7 at 11:30am EST so that all of you non-digital users can also catch Greg's interview. 
New Greg Interview Up
The December 5 edition of The Globe and Mail contains a great article that looks at the recent trend of successful Canadian bands whose members are putting out solo projects. While the piece mentions Metric, Sloan and the Barenaked Ladies, the majority of it is focused on Greg who provides some great insight into why a member of a band that's already doing great would want to release his or her own solo project. Meet Greg On November 3!
On Friday, November 3 at 6pm, Greg will be performing an half-hour acoustic set at Toronto's Sam The Record Man (Yonge & Gould). Afterwards, he will be signing autographs and shaking hands. Three More Shows Announced
Greg and the Sadies will be making stops in both Hamilton and Orillia this November. They will be playing Orillia's beautiful Opera House on November 4 and then the next night they will be in Hamilton playing at the Casbah. They will also be performing on October 26 at Finley's Irish Bar in Nelson, BC.

Fall Tour Announced/Vancouver Presale on Sept. 20
Head over to the Tour page to find out if Greg's upcoming tour will be stopping near your house. He will spend most of October touring Western Canada before heading off to Ontario for a trio of dates. The BlueRodeo.com Store will be handling all of the presales for this tour with the first presale, for Greg's October 22 date in Vancouver, taking place on Wednesday, September 20 at 10am PDT. Details on presales for Greg's other dates will be posted over on the Tour page.
Aphrodite Rose Now On Presale
Greg Keelor's new solo album Aphrodite Rose is now available for presale over in the BlueRodeo.com Store. The album will hit stores on October 10 and if you preorder it before September 27 and you live in Canada, you will likely receive the CD in your mailbox on that date.
Also, everyone who orders Aphrodite Rose from the BlueRodeo.com Store before the end of October will be able to download a free bonus track by Greg. Right now the identity of this track is a mystery but its exact title, as well as instructions on how to download it, will be emailed to all purchasers in about two weeks time.
